The aim is to gather opinions on the “Act on the Equal Participation of Women and Men in Leadership Positions,” which was passed by the German Bundestag on March 6, 2015, and the status of implementation in the companies concerned.
Funded by the BMFSFJ, FidAR (Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte e.V.) commissioned this study. It is conducted by the infas Institut für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Center for Responsible Research and Innovation and ISIconsult.
